Return Policy

Exchange/ Store Credit Policy 

Our goal is for all of our customers to love their purchase from Burton and Blue. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange excluding the original shipping fee, if returned within 14 business days of order delivery.  If it is past 14 business days, we will not be able to accept item for return or exchange.

There are certain items that are not eligible for return/exchange. These items include: bodysuits, accessories and all items marked FINAL SALE!

All items must have tags attached and in their original, unworn, and smoke/odor free condition. 

If your purchase meets ALL of these requirements, send us an email with your order number at shopburtonandblue@gmail.com and we will review your request.  If your return is accepted, we will email you with the information on how to ship it back to us.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees!
